I was lied to by a supervisor who shall remain anonymous. I was recently cut off from service after explaining a hardship case.
I was told by this supv that they would give me the latitude till end of march, 16 to arrnge payment. No compassion or consideration, only a 9 day time period after being told otherwise.
Before signing with a carrier ( dish ) i could get free local stations on my smart tv. But now nothing and lied to by supv.
This person wrote the review because of poor customer service at Dish Network. Reviewer claimed that he or she wants Dish Network to read this review and look into the issue (if any).
