I was using dishnetwork on my previous house when I switch the addres the installer came and do he's thing the way he want it I call to let them know they want it me to pAy 60 dollar extra if I want an other installer and the other one took my hd boxes and leave standard now I decide to cancel that account. So if they decide to fix my need I'm whiling to keep paying for there service other wise ill get direct tv because I call and they are gaving me good choices..thank u
