We canceled due to not needing it, due to internet services. Dish service for recording was not the best, but other services were fine.

However, the final bill showed an overcharge of $20. They refused to adjust when we responded to their 'we'll do almost anything to get you back.' Three people refused! So for $20, they lost a customer permanently!

WORST PART...When we took their equipment to UPS to return, the UPS clerk warned us to be sure to keep the receipt or we could be charged!! THE MAN BEHIND US IN LINE SAID HE USED TO WORK FOR DISH AND YES, IN 2 MONTHS, WE WOULD GET A BILL FOR $700!

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $20.

Preferred solution: Nothing. I'm done with Dish..

I liked: That im no longer a customer, Ease of returning equipment, Expecting no further billing.

I didn't like: Ads are not accurate, Very poor process in recording of shows, Frequent re-boots needed, Customer svc not willing to adjust bill.
