We canceled due to not needing it, due to internet services. Dish service for recording was not the best, but other services were fine.

However, the final bill showed an overcharge of $20. They refused to adjust when we responded to their 'we'll do almost anything to get you back.' Three people refused! So for $20, they lost a customer permanently!

WORST PART...When we took their equipment to UPS to return, the UPS clerk warned us to be sure to keep the receipt or we could be charged!! THE MAN BEHIND US IN LINE SAID HE USED TO WORK FOR DISH AND YES, IN 2 MONTHS, WE WOULD GET A BILL FOR $700!

This reviewer shared experience about poor customer service and wants this business to "nothing. i'm done with dish" as the author lost $20. This person is overall dissatisfied with Dish Network. The most disappointing about dish network tv service at Dish Network was ads are not accurate, very poor process in recording of shows and frequent re-boots needed , but reviewer liked that im no longer a customer. Reviewer wants customer support to reach our to him or her ASAP for further discussion of this matter.
