How can they continue to charge me for the 7 channels they removed WHICH I AM PAYING FOR? I feel this is illegal or at least unethical. Can they be forced by some Government agency to send rebate checks to their customers for the channels they now refuse to carry? This is very unfair.
This can go on for months, or indefinitely. It seems they put their own financial gain over customer care concerns.
Trying to complain to them by phone (which I tried) means extremely long hold times, probably because there are likely millions of customers lighting up their switchboard.
