Received a call from Dish, as soon as I answered they hung up the phone.Checked my email that night and was told I subscribed to all the extra *** adding an extra $60 to my bill.
Called customer service and asked what my cancellation fee would be. They told me it was $150. I explained that I was thinking of canceling but didnt yet. A week later I decided that I was going to cancel.
I couldn't stand the customer service and faulty equipment.They told me my new cancellation fee is $262 and that I had to pay $17 to send all of the equipment back.
Monetary Loss: $300.
