I began calling in March about the blacked out games on stations I get pre game & post game. The customer service people very politely explained that they were in negotiations & it would probably be over any day.

Since then I've called at least once a month. They blame it all on SportsSouth/Fox. I then started emailing them. They never offered any solution except to take my channels off my acct., which would cause me not to see any of the games I'm paying for.

I don't want to lose even more, I want them to fix it. I was given an email address that was suppose to be to the President, but basically got the same polite letter that just seems very condescending. All I want is what I pay for & if they have no intentions of fixing the problem, at least be honest with me so I can find another provider. With all the specials they advertise I truly don't believe they were trying.

I've been a customer for over 10 years & I just have to wonder if they care at all about existing customers. And now the season is almost over.

Anonymous,

Please understand there's a difference between games being blacked out and certain stations that may be currently unavailable due to negotations. Blackouts occur when we carry the network(s) a certain game is typically aired on but the network(s) do not have the broadcast rights to it.

More information can be reviewed at http://www.mydish.com/support/blackouts?WT.svl=gsearch_results. I also encourage you to check our Game Finder out at http://www.mydish.com/gamefinder/?WT.svl=gsearch_results on a daily basis for any networks offered in your area that may be televising the games you're looking for.
