They are worst cable company I have ever dealt with. Don't even try to talk on the phone with a agent because you have to explain your story 5 million times!!!!!!!!
I call dish to get new service than my roommate got on line to get the price difference online was cheaper. So told the agent online I wanted to cancel service thru him yet he already had my credit card number process he said ok he would cancell. so 2 weeks later my money is not back on my credit card. phone agent forgot to refund my money back.
Ok i got service online cuz it was cheaper and I wanted to get a dvr but would cost me 6.00 more but would not let me have it because they want to charge me 6.00 more on credit card I said *** NO Dish has not yet refunded my money thru phone order. DISH U SUCK.
