House was destroyed in fire yet we continue to be billed. Support rep discontinued communication without addressing concern, the fact he had provided no help or or why we would continue to be billed through July for a fire that occurred June 9th.
This reviewer shared experience about poor customer service and wants this business to read this review and look into the issue (if any) as the author lost $87. geoparsons is overall dissatisfied with Dish Network. The most disappointing about dish tv billing me for house unliveable for fire at Dish Network was support chat help never provided support disconnected Reviewer wants customer support to reach our to him or her ASAP for further discussion of this matter.
