It took me 3 reps to get a $20 disc applied correctly to an incorrect Bill. Double talk of billing cycles and BS trying to NOT do anything to correct an obvious OVERCHARGE.

The worst a so called "Billing Specialist" from "West Texas" AKA "Rachael ID "KHC" if you can even believe they give you correct ID's. This women would rather lose a 25 year customer than give a small credit to correct a wrong billing cycle!
