poor customer service. I have a perfect payment record.
I upgraded my service and they, dish, proceeded to mess it up. you are wasting your time with customer no service. especially the supervisors. I paid all my bills on time.
and before time. I made the mistake to increase the internet service. it went down hill with that. they took my cc that I gave for system upgrade and they made it auto pay, fortunately for me the cc expired with in 1 month of service.
they turned my dish email off. they sent no paper bills. now they threaten to turn my service off.
upgrading was a BIG mistake. their supervisors make agreements they don't honor.
