Been a customer for over 2 years yet my prices go up and my service goes down. I went without a remote for 4 days told i would be compinsated for the inconvience and NOTHING!

When i call to get a better deal than $100 a month for just cable i get the run around.

And no internet i dont "qualify" but i do for u to take my money for basic cable. I wouldnt recommend dish and highly considering going with a new provider.
