Poor customer service and high pressure to cancel service. If want to cancel service one month before contract is up they said the cancelation fee would be $660.00 (full amount with no pro rated amount) one more reason why.

Won't be long until they will be lower on the tv list than cable tv or direct tv.

Their weather (local) sucks anong with watching a program and message comes up receiver is about to turn off, what's up with this ***? Guess i'll just wait and put up with the BS till contract is up then good bye dish

In regards to the cancellation fee there does seem to be some confusion as all of our early termination fees are prorated and we do not have any agreement offers with an ETF over $420 for a two year period.
