i called to disconnect service on 6/12 they say I didnt listen to disclosures I didnt at first but finally I said fine they even told me what to send back and everything and were sending the boxes to send there equipment back I hadnt received it yet so called back on 7/2 talk to woman she said they owe me a refund and would send out the boxes she didnt know what happened so now I got another bill for the next month I called back and they told me nothing was done until 7/2 and they would not go back to6/12 and fefused to talk to the lady I talked to on 7/2 and said I would still owe them that money even when I didnt have there services i need help to where i can turn them in to consumer help place
