I sighne for dishnetwork and was put on a prepay account. When i tried to cancel they tolded me i have a contract for 2 years and would be charged for cancellation.
the purpose of me agreeing to a PREPAID acct was to avoid a contract wish the rep understood. Now ive been overbilled and can never get anything resolved with them. Ive spent numerous hrs on the phone with them and they never to understand what im talking about.
They have the worst customer service ive ever had to deal with. they got me on paperless bill and is jacking up my bill.
