Some how my bill is 223.00 and I spent all evening on the phone trying to understand how I missed a bill.and got no where and asked to speak to a supervisorand was put on Iindefinite hold.I also was hung up on by one of the customer service agents. Im so done with dish maybe I will contact bbb.From day one never have been completely satisfied false promises and bad customer relations is just the tip of the iceberg. Rude customer service practices and failed request to speak to supervisors.I hope dish would provide a resolution to my unsatisfied eexperience.
