** American Express told me that Dish did not respond to their requests for information, so I was credited the amount of the defective product. Dish can still get around to responding some day so the speaker system is packed up in my garage in case I need to send it somewhere. So Amex solved my problem, Dish didn't

I had trouble getting my satellite dish installed. It took three attempts.
By the third installation, I had to pay there monthly fee to reduce the cost of someone coming out again. He was a competent, nice installer. While he was there he sold me a Polk Soundbar System for one of our TV's. It died in exactly 38 days.
I called Dish and they had zero customer service to offer on the item they sold me. They told me to contract Polk Manufacturing. Manufacturers typically refer you back to the retailer nor can they offer you a refund.
I had to file a charge back with American Express. So just stick with there satellite service.
Reason of review: Damaged or defective.
Monetary Loss: $580.
Preferred solution: Full refund.
