It wasn't until after they installed DISH network and I signed the contract that I found that they don't provide any 3D programming. I even have that in writing from my chats with their customer service representatives (i.e., "...there is no available 3D channels yet.", "For now, we don't have available 3D pay-per-view...").
This is in contradiction to their website which states, "3D movie title can be found o Channel 501 and 1 of your guide...". I filed a complaint with the Minnesota Attorney General's office.
Someone named "Scott" from the company called me and despite my complaint and what their own customer service people told me he said that they offer everything that they claim. It seems the company's method of problem resolution is to ignore or deny what you tell them and the evidence to back you up.
