We are currently dish customers and for a number of years, however, trying to transfer our

service to a new residential location is an absolute


I called 08/01/2018 and discussed with Jeff in great

details, about an hour, what all is involved with the

transfer including the new monthly charges and even set a date for the internet connection(08/13)

along with the cable installation(08/22), however,

did NOT receive a call on 08/13...I called Dish to

inquire why there wasn't any response...

After visiting with a number of your representatives, I found out how rude and unhelpful these reps were...It seem that none of

these reps even care whether we remain with Dish or not...What a shame!!

Therefore, for the time being, we will cancel the

set installation and will remain with Spectrum

until such time we feel comfortable with services

performed by your employees...

No, they do not care. They get paid the same, regardless of if you stay or go.

You’re not actually that special of an individual.
