We left one cable company to go to dish because they promised a satisfactory function of our service and we have received just the opposite. The first problem came because DISH does not own the line that carries programming though Century Links network.
Half the time we DO get service it's spotty, breaking up or blanking out completely. Now they can't get one of our local stations after promising that would be available throughout our contract. No notice FROM dish, we had to see it on a crawl on the local station.
Seriously, it's too bad we can't prorate our fees when we don't get the service we are guaranteed. BTW the dish complaint line was SO jammed we couldnt even get in the que, let alone file our grievence.

I didn't like: To call customer service repeatedly over same issue, Frequent re-boots needed, Being able to change whatever they want when they want, Poor equipment, Did not take responsibility for damage.
