After three calls (hour each) and three promises to reduce the steadily increasing monthly rates, instead my bill continued to increase each month. I wrote letters, endured customer service that literally told me lies, and then was charged fees to discontinue.

STAY AWAY FROM DISH. They are dishonest and fraudsters.

After writing several times an individual finally responded when I refused to spend any more time on the phone. They completely ignored the lies that I was told on the phone. They do not conduct business in a professional or ethical manner.

STAY AWAY FROM DISH. They will charge you excessive fees, gradually increasing rates, and they will never let you out of contract whole.

This reviewer shared experience about not as described and wants this business to issue a full refund as the author lost $290. The author is overall dissatisfied with Dish Network. The most disappointing about dish network billing department from Dish Network was lied to, bad debt collection and being lied to and ripped off Reviewer wants customer support to reach out to him or her ASAP for further discussion of this matter.
