I sold my house and my contract ended the next month. I complained to DISH that I was being over billed.

They sent out a tech and changed my receiver without my permission and added 2 years to my contract. The tenant in the house was forced to sign an agreement that she was not allowed to see - it was just a signature block in a tablet. Before DISH sent someone out I was told that since my tenant did not have the security PIN number nor security code, I had nothing to fear since she "is not authorized".

They had the gall to say that I was informed that I would be extending the contract. I now have to subpoena the recorded conversation and hire a lawyer.

Review about: Dish Network Receiver.

Monetary Loss: $1200.

Imagine the business they would have, "IF they ran a legitimate business", and treated their customers fairly.......

This signing up for 2 years is BS, With this you give them a free ticket to your debit card.

I Not only was overcharged for my monthly bill, but charged for a FREE movie they gave me ?
