My social security number has been used TWICE under two different names to set up a Dish Network account. I have spoke to the fraud department and emailed the CEO and they do nothing except require the victim to submit all this documentation while your credit score is in the dumps.
How can a company allow this to happen twice?
They all but imply it's my fault I don't have enough security measures on my social security number. I have filed a complaint with the FTC.
