Not resolved

I was told I would receive return boxes with labels. The boxes never arrived even though I received an email stating they were sent.

Meanwhile, Dish debits my account for nearly $400 dollars for not returning the equipment. Again today I have mad another attempt to contact Dish and resolve the issue. I finally speak with "Pete" (very heavy accent) and did my best to explain the difficulty in returning the equipment. Due to the failure of previous attempts to receive the boxes I asked for a mailing address.

Pete was very rude and continuously interrupted me mid sentence when I was a explaining my situation. Pete hung up on me, what a fine customer service person, I wouldn't want this *** representing my company.
