I'm having the same issue. Tech comes out may get it working (Joey's) but a day later or 10 minutes later, getting the 1303 error again.
It seems that the issue occurs through the night when the system is trying to do the updates. After the update, the joey's won't connect again. Call Dish they send a tech, they do all kinds of stuff, change out the cable, restart, etc. Get them working again and a day maybe two the Joeys go out again.
Maybe one of them maybe two of them.
The cycle just keeps repeating. I'm sick of paying $127.00 a month for tv that doesn't work most of the time!
