I've tried for days to cancel my service. Weve already had our new service hooked up. All i get is the automated line with a 30+ minute wait time.

I had the same problem. I just registered a complaint with the FCC complaint department-after 3 days of being on hold waiting for someone from this fantasy cancellation department to pick up the phone!!!!!!!

(AND being lied to by Dish representatives).

Don't you just hate being lied to? If enough people complain to the FCC, perhaps their license will be reviewed.
