I have dish. Called to add 3 tvs, not under contract.
And was told I would get 3 joeys and would have to be put under another 2 year contract. I was ok with that and said if I renew my contract can I upgrade to the hopper 3? She said yes it would cost $200 but they would waive $100. when we accidentally get disconnected I call back and get someone that says the upgrade will cost $150!
Talked to a retention specialist who was no better they wanted the money before installation.
Very dissatisfied! Plan on spreading the news!
