Beware if you have a bar or pub before you order dish network.their reps use bait and switch tactics.i cancelled directv because of the same thing. we have a small bar but wanted a lot of TV's for sports I called dish and explained to the rep that I had just been ripped off by directv and ask if dish operated that way of course they said no.i ask if my sports package came with the big 10 network because I had some customers interested in it.he assured me it did three times, when the installer came I called back to make sure it came with it and was told yes.i got a dish network card from the installer that said it was included also but called back anyway to verify and was told yes again.sure enough after the installation it was there.about a week later my customer said I thought you had the big 10 I said I do searched through all channels called to find out why and customer serviced told me they would hook it back up for 49.00 a month of course I went off because it's the same tactics directv used.i've called ask them to check phone records they won't they say i'm a business and that's the way it is.i can't believe our so called consumer protection government agency won't do something to these blatant liars.i'm betting there's money involved.so businesses beware these liars will get you.i hate to say but cable is the way to go they suck to but they haven't lied about what you email@example.com get in touch with me before you install dish or directv if you own a bar or if any other bars have had this problem.maybe if we band together and complain enough maybe we can make our government do something about this extortion. thanks Jim
