When I ended my service contract Dish sent me a box to return the equipment. The box was missing the return label and instead of just sending me a new label, they sent me another box.
I was leaving on a trip the day the new box arrived and called and told customer rep that I was unable to mail box until I got back and he told me they would not charge me for the equipment. When I got back from my trip, they had charged me for the equipment.
When I called and talked with another customer rep, she basically said "so sad, too bad" and hung up on me. They are sweet when they are trying to get your business but real *** when you end your service - do not use Dish.
