If our local KION channel is not returned by the end of January 2017, I will find another provider! Bottom line, you don't want to pay for the channel so your clients suffer.

In case you haven't noticed, we're still paying the same monthly rate minus the channels you promised!!!!! Many of the programs taken away my family has watched for years. This is the second time in two months that we have experienced blacked out channels. Stop fooling around, give us what we paid for...period!

In addition, adjust bills to compensate for the loss of stations. Shameful and horrible customer service!
