When I first called him and get service they gave me a line of nonsense and I told him the reason why I left DirecTV is they want to give me the date to pay that I wanted to cuz I'm on a fixed income I receive my check every 1st of the month they said yeah and I never did it 5 days later after they just put it in put in Dish TV they charge me for a whole month I told them it's not even a month 5 days is not a month they didn't correct it never sent me a bill as I ask for it's just a bunch of liars and then they say you have a contract after I call 24 hours and told them that I'm going to cancel if they don't go by what they told me I'm still going to file an action
