DISH was installed FRI at 5 pm. Called Sat 10 am reporting unsatisfactory picture quality, they checked settings and said the soonest they could have tech out here was Monday morning.

Tech sent on Mon, confirmed equipment good, but that they receive that complaint from people switching from DIRECT. I wanted my service discontinued. Now DISH is attempting to charge me $500+ early termination fee, having had service from Friday 5pm to Monday at 11 am.

Horrible customer service, they were extremely rude. DIRECT is MUCH better picture
