I added a box in my daughters room at Christmas time for the tv she got for Christmas. No one ever said adding the box would put me in a new 2 year contract.
The customer service rep nor the installer mentioned it. I called in January with no luck getting it reversed. I am trying to get out of the account now, but they said I should have called within 45 days which I Argued I did.
He looked it up and said I do see where you called in January, but the notes only say you called about the tenure of the contract. Will be filling a complaint with the fcc if I can not get it resolved and going through arbitration.
