so i got a dish account against my better judgement had the service for about a year well after putting up with the lousy service i decided i didn't want to keep the service.


1. cheap equipment it all failed one way or an other, remotes never stay programmed to the receiver so had to replace them 3 times.

2. the programming sucked they promise you over 1000 channels but when it comes time to do the actual programming it cost about 200.00 dollars after it all said and done, so you end up with their basic package that offers you only 100 channels which all consist of repeated channels in both hd and regular format which is retarded who wants to watch tv in the old grainy fashion its 2015 they should only be giving this service in hd anyway and the channels you get are all music channels about 60 of them so now your left with 40 actual channels that you can watch and those consist of cooking/ home shopping and gospel channels so now you have about 20 channels and when you go to watch your favorite shows you a channel unavailable message so now you have about 15 channels, hmm feels like regular tv when it was broadcasted for free but now to watch the same channels that used to be free with any antenna for about 65 70 bucks is what i was paying.

3. costumer service was horrible i could never get a rep on the phone and when i did they try to sell me a more expensive package.

4. and sadly but more important they STOLE money from my girlfriend simply because i used her bank card to get this service i dident have one at the time they never told me they would charge her if anything went wrong so they went in and without permision from me or her they took 250.00 from her acount which was her car payment so she was in defoult on her contract we were able to barrow money to her car payed for that month so she wouldent loose it.

I liked: That im no longer a customer, That im no longer getting ripped off.

I didn't like: Worst experience ever, Pricing stinks.
