Contract dispute with local ABC stations and because of the dispute we have not had ABC for over 3 months. Most of our shows are on ABC.
Also Customer Service people are rude. Called Customer Service to inquire end of contract date. Customer Service would not relay date. Netflix won't work.
Customer Service blamed router. Our router is listed as #2 top router in the Nation. Poor service and if a slight breeze comes we lose everything but we have internet. Of course not with Dish.
Worst thing we ever did was sign up for this. I would give them a minis 0 star.
They claim they are small business. Seriously doubt that.
