I was with them for 11 years paying for the most expensive package and lost my job two months ago.I wanted them to put my account on hold untill I get my first check from my new job that I just got.they mailed me a letter wanting to debit my account for $1500 and said they couldn't do anything about it.I'm telling you right now they don't give a *** about customer service or the customer.after 11 years they treat me like a ***.whatever happened to customer loyalty?they can take all four recievers and shove them up there tight ***..
