My video froze about 3 times in 1 day and went to "starting up". Left it that way for half an hour and nothing!

Unplugged receiver for a few minutes, plugged back in and again "starting up" nothing!

Tried the reset' button, on off' finally starts acquiring signal and comes up for an hour and thought ok its good now! NO WAY. within an hour same thing! Called Dish.

The lady was reading from a script and knew nothing other than what I had done after holding for 45 minutes! It came up again and worked for about an hour froze again! Called back they wanted to walk me through the same things again and I said NO NO get a technician out here my receiver is down! They scheduled an appointment for 2 WEEKS OUT!

I says are you kidding me? Sorry sir that's it take it or leave it!

Horrible service both calling in and waiting with a down system for 2 weeks! HIRE SOME TECHS TO FIX THIS STUFF!

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Preferred solution: Price reduction.
