I was granted a payment extension for 10 days by a rep from Dish, on the 4th day my service was interrupted... I called them and they simply said " we'll your new bill just came in and your balance is higher then 200 so we are unable to grant you an extension" no one seemed to understand that I had already made an extension and it was not being honored by them... No one wants to help ..encountered several rude reps ..one even hung up on me,,, the other screamed at me when I said she could help me she screamed do you work at dish do you know, ...such a bad experience I will never recommend Dish to anyone...

Monetary Loss: $300.

Dish network is the worst every time I call to ask them to get a bill extension which is maybe once a year. They always tell me they can't if I was any of you I would just switch providers dish network has the worst customer service ever they are ***

I was told I had a extension and then my service was turned off I refuse to pay full balance because the turn off service early I decide to call and make arrangements they wouldn't even take half and remaining in two weeks said it was over 200 looking up corporate info and putting in a bbb complaint as of today pissed off customer reps rude kept hanging up and was on hold 45 min

Had the exact same issue on Christmas eve. I was on the phone for an hour.

I hate dish and am waiting for the contract to be over.

I can watch most shows online anyway. Rudest, worst customer service ever.

DISH NETWORK IS A JOKE.... NOTHING BUT LIES COME FROM THEM AND THEY DO NOTHING TO HELP THEIR CUSTOMERS WITH AN ISSUE'S...

I had a roommate for 6 months while I was on the road and they paid the monthly service for that 6 months time. After I returned home they moved and after they were all out of the house they called Dish Network and said the payments where made on their card without their permission. Dish refunded their card and has since billing me for the total billing during that time Dish refuses to correct the problem and has now sent it into collections for none payment. I refuse to pay for something that Dish should of contacted me about from the start.

I refuse to PAY them 1 thin dime and as far as their equipment they can come and get it I'm NOT boxing up and sending anything to them. :( :( :( :(
