I,ve been a customer for years and always paid my bill on time to the last penny for which is over 150.00 a month so needless to say im a great customer so you think i would be titled to some free upgrades but nope and so you know i have good credit but nevertheless i asked to be upgraded to their new 20 dollar voice remote and they said no but all new customers get them from the start and that's not right !!!!!
