Dish wanted to put in a new roof satellite receiver. Would not put it by old one but in opposition to me put it where it would be blocked by a growing tree.

A year or so later is was and they wanted $100 to cut treetop off.

We have been customers for 10 years. Monthly costs were going up. So we decided to take a deal from their competitor. Cost was reduced by 50% and we received a great deal on a new cell phone too.

Called dish to cancel and was given bad treatment by the customer rep. We were then told that we would lose $180 in some kind of credits that we did not know about, if we cancelled. He said it was our fault that we did not get the credits, because we did not go online to check them.

This is a bit strange as we received emails from dish every month about our bill and service, but never about credits. Not going back to them ever!
