I lost my signal, called Direct TV and was told a tech would have to come out here at a cost to me of $95 or $7 a month and only $15 anytime he has to come out. I explained that my bill is paid so as a customer my obligation was met, but asked them why I would have to pay for the tech to fix a company problem.
I spoke with 3 separate representatives and was told that is policy.
I had direct TV for 5 years and never had to pay to have them fix their own service. So I said no way leave the service broken and they will be violating their contract to provide me cable
:-) I really hope I can get out of this contract with such a shady company.
