Had a 2 year commitment for a set price. No call, e-mail or contact at commitment end, just raised my rates 100% Called customer service and was told OH well and treated like I was a problem because I didn't want to pay twice as much.

Renewed the service online at what I thought would be the old commitment price and then a minute later realized it was for the higher price. Called immediately, literary withing 2 minutes to cancel and was told to bad, you committed to two more years and would be charged a cancellation fee of 480.00 Worst customer service ever.

Rude, demeaning and extremely unprofessional. Read your contract carefully, they are nothing but scam artist.
