The last time I contacted them was last summer, a tech was here installing service for someone else, my service was disrupted, I went to investigate, my dish was laying on the ground, I put in for a service call, when he came out he fixed it. But I was told it would be wise to get this service plan ,because if they found that it was not dish it would have cost me $95 dollars for the call.

I am on it but can not drop this service for 6 months which I plan to do. It's snowing have no service I am not trecking thru the snow to clear snow off of there dish.
