Customer service rep Tyler during a chat was very rude when I was trying to explain my concern when My service was disconnected over $11.31. I have been a loyal customer for over twelve years, but this didn’t seem to matter as he treated me like he could care less how long I’ve been with them. Very poor customer service. Looking to change providers that appreciate loyal customers.

Dish Network - Technician take a week
No signal at all, called dish and they told me that they don't have technician available, and I need to wait 11 days to send one to fix my problem. That is the most ridiculous answer I ever expect from the dish Network.
