plus the managers and supervisors do not care
My mom and I have Dish. I used to complain about Spectrum a couple of weeks ago; they got greedy and now charge $446 for TV.
Now it's used by $84. They forced us to go with DirecTV.
I need help to resolve this. Thank you, and thanks again.

Poor installation of Dish and loss of service
- Tech moved the dish to the roof; it now points at the roof.
- There is no satellite service currently; an appointment is scheduled for May 16.
When the tech moved my satellite dish to my roof he obviously screwed up because the dish and the receivers are pointed at the roof not up in the normal position. I have no satellite service and when I called to complain I was told I had to wait until May 16th to get a tech out here !!!
I have been a dish customer for 25 years and this is the kind of service I get when they created the problem !!!
Please look at the attached photo below to see what I'm talking about. When we lost service my husband mentioned the satellite dish had moved from the position it was in when it was installed.
Resolved: I have a picture but no audio. Rebooted twice to no effect.
I did not resolve the problem until I reached the third representative. The first 2 kept putting me on hold and then I was cut off.
The third attempt got me a woman and she was really on the ball. Got my problem resolved in less than 10 mintures.
I am so glad I persevered and kept calling back when cut off by the first 2 reps. I still have some problems with a scattered picture from time to time.
It actually was a problem with the TV audio. The third person I talked to finally figured out what the problem probably was.
She walked me through how to fix it and she was right, it was the tv. I do have problems with the picture scrambling from time to time. What could cause thar?
Is that a Dish problem? And I wish I had my CNN back in my stations.

- Today I was treated poorly while ordering a movie.
- A free rental couldn't be used on a $6.99 movie.
- Amounts and limits weren't communicated.
As a long-time customer, I want to file a complaint about the treatment I received today when trying to order a movie. I have a free rental available and was not able to use it because it was 6.99 and could not be used on a more expensive movie.
At no time over the past few months was I made aware of the amount or the limitations. Service has been declining, and for the second time in recent history, I was paying for local channels that were not available because of provider issues.
There is no reason for the treatment and lack of help by your, apparently offshore, reps. Stop trying to sell new services and take better care of current issues.

You take away channel Fox 21 for two months, then want me to upgrade to be able to see Doc TV show, make it so it is free on demand. My bill goes up every month, and now you want to charge me extra to see what I should have been seeing from March 9 to May 1, 2026, when you took away the channel?

- Insufficient local channels and poor selection.
- Breaches contracts and raises prices without notice.

Dishs grossly inadequate selection and contractually grossly negligent lack of local channels puts Dish in breach of contract. Dish is responsible for securing affordable contracts with local networks.
That is not my job and Dish consistently fails to keep your contractual commitments.Dish consistently raises prices without any notice or reason. The Dish outgoing phone recording still notes the wrong bill amount. There still is no way to see the PPV movies on certain channels that *** and *** promised to fix over 6 months ago. The free premium channel Max offered did NOT roll off as promised so I was lied to and charged more again until I could get someone on the phone and still had to pay more despite promises/lies/fraud.
The phone wait times are extremely excessive. The list goes on and on.
Do not recommend dish to anyone for anything. Can hardly wait to be rid of Dish.

Poor customer service
I need to speak to a real technician but all you get is people outside the country with a script. If the things they tell you to do don't work, you are left with no fix.
The chat is worthless too.
They all say if you unplug.
the problem will resolve. None of the problems resolve and dish does not appear to care.
Screen saver will not turn off
Talked to well qualified customer service representative. Her skills, patience and knowledge helped to correct the problem I was having with my fish television system
Lost most of our chanels
Television show channel loss and keeps shutting down. We just extended our contract for two more years to lock in charges and then lost most of our local channels and now don't have any of our channels below channel 72.

I called for help with understanding when I have four TVs and only one of them gets everything that's offered. They pretty much just said, 'Call us back tomorrow.' It's just past 9:30 in the Pacific Northwest. I don't know why they couldn't have somebody there to answer.

Contact some of their local advertisersd and let them know teir add dollar is not going as far and demmand a better rate. You can also look for close by local providers.

Who are you? One with Dish?
Now it is NBC affiliate WSMV ch 4 that cannot get but has been all at one time or another. Agree with others previously in that no one cares and all they say is what they cannot do not what they will or can do.
