Dish Network - DVR keeps glitching

First every evening I have to reset the hopper to even watch tv. Second programs recorded to the DVR while watching keep glitching and freezing up. I have had dish network for 15 yrs but I think it might be time to start exploring other options.

Dish Network - Service sucks

Have never been blown off by a company that prides theirself on customer service. That is *** and not the first or second time. Direct may be the same, but readyto take my chances, what a waste of me and my families time. I guess we are just a number like you treat us. Very dissappointed and let down, glad my morals and work ethic are better than yours!!!
