After cancelling with Dish I was told by one rep that other than my $35 earlier cancellation fee I wasn't responsible for anything...almost two weeks later I get an automated message stating I'm responsible for returning the receive. After calling and talking and transferring to 7 people I talk with Kristen who is no help and says she sorry someone said that but I have to return it or have a 100-400 charge applied to the credit card on file!!! This was ridiculous especially since I specifically asked when disconnecting if there was anything else additional I needed to do with the equipment since I was moving to another home.

Monetary Loss: $400.
