In short...we are in a heavily wooded, tree area. Direct TV was honest and told us we would have poor signal...Dish Network told us..you have 30 days to try it, if you are not satisfied, cancelled with no early termination fees within 30 days!!!!

Ya, ok. Lie lie lie. They sent a tech out and he said too many trees. Then they charge us over 400.00 for cancellation and don't have record of tech visit.

Really? Then the supervisor on the phone laughed at us!

Pathetic! This is just the short version!
