I switched to Dish in February and have not had a full week of good service since I started. every time it rains, my service goes out or breaks up.

each time I ask them to fix it, they try to sell me something to fix it. I told them I paid for service that works, and you are trying to charge me more? they don't keep their word - and they appear to not have to. I've had the same issue with DirectTV.

I am now cutting the cord. Period - never going back to this again. I have become a tech wizard - my tv is almost set up: Sling TV, digital antenna for local channels, and a digital converter box to be able to record the shows on the local TV channels.

I will lose some variety but - thank goodness for Netflix, Hulu, Sling, Amazon prime...get my drift companies? You are on the outs - and good riddance - your services is a crime.

It’s finny that you are saying Dish is on the way out, while you use their OTT service, SlingTV. I think you mean, they have a great service.
