DISH SALEPERSON SOLD US ON TWO DVR ON TWO TVS. BUT WHEN THEY WAS INSTALLING THE EQUIDMENT IT WASN'T TWO DVRS BUT ONLY ONE DVR WAS INSTALLED.

TWO DAYS LATER WE WASN'T HAPPY WITH DISH AND CALLED TO REMOVE DISH THEN WE WAS TOLD WE HAD A TWO YEAR CONTRACT WE CALLED UP THE CHAIN AND NOTHING.

WE ARE PUTTING A COMPLAIN WITH BBB AND ATTORNEY GENERAL.DISH NETWORK IS NOT A CUSTOMER FRIENDLY COMPANY THEY DON'T TELL THE TRUTH ABOUT ANYTHING AND THEY ONLY TRY TO SELL YOU THEIR PRODUCT AND THEY WILL DO ANYTHING TO HOOK YOU. THEN YOU ARE STUCK AND GET NO ANSWER FROM ANYBODY.

Monetary Loss: $100.
