If you cannot do it right don't do it, your service was installed 3 months ago, and after 6 technician visits (where it worked great FOR A FEW DAYS) I cancelled all services with DISH. Your online help is great but your delivery of paid for in advance product sucks terribly.
The all aspect approach is obviously not your strong suit so get out of broadband satelight service and leave it to a professional company...
