i have recieved inadequate service from att/dish network since i recieved it in january of 2009. you have to sign a two year contract with them and at least 40%of the time all you see on your tv is the the words telling you not to contact them ,they already know they are having problems yet they still want their money for the service.
a service you are not getting. i think if you are not recieving what they promised you should be able to backcharge them. recently i was late on my bill they disconnected my service when my bill was paid they told me i would have to wait until the next business day to recieve the service back.
like i said they have their money but i still have no service. what can i do to prevent them from taking my money and not recieving the service paid for?
