The last few month we have had signal loss, either full or partial. Seems to me that someone at dishnet is full of doo doo when they claim they have such good service to their customers.

It wouldn't be so bad, but it takes 5 minutes or more to acquire the signal then another 10 minutes to down load the guide and when this all gets done, guess what we lose signal again!

Maybe they need to hire someone who knows more that how to walk and chew gum at the same time. At least they aren't saying maybe a truck just went by, like they did in the past

I'm sorry to read about your struggles with the signal and would be happy to help you if I could please get any specific number code on the TV screen, as well as the type of receiver you have. If it's not a Hopper/Joey, the model number is on the front panel in the bottom left corner.
